During this time period October 1987 through October 1992, your company has transported approximately 1,800 shipments of both inbound materials and outbound finished products. Your company's effectiveness and efficiency of on time pick ups and deliveries, coupled with no equipment failures and zero freight claims record for the past five years speak for themselves. Service-sensitive shipments have always arrived on time with few exceptions. Communication, planning, execution of game plan and, most importantly, teamwork have been the factors which contributed to your company's excellent performance record.
